Who Are We?
Updated 5/4/08

Welcome to Transfiguration Episcopal Church! Please come visit us on our Sunday morning worship services. We hope this website gives you an idea of our community. Please let us know if you have any questions.

To give you an idea of what our parish looks like, we have some photo albums available for view on Shutterfly. Although nothing beats stopping by for a visit to get a real feeling for what we are like...

Many of our parishioners have commented on what Transfiguration means to them. Here's what they say...

What's New

We have on-line opportunities to sign up to help with various activities, including IHN, coffee hour, Sunday morning Kids' Club, and Chapel Time.

Please visit the Announcements page to see the events published in this week's bulletin.

We are engaging in a year long discernment process for the parish, focusing on the theme of Building a Better community.

Take a moment for yourself

Some of the most important things we do at Transfiguration is to take care of ourselves and others. We find that by pausing for a moment to take of ourselves, we can better take care of others. And by taking care of others, we find ourselves taking better care of ourselves. Then we're taking better care of each other again. Overall, it's a wonderfully healthy circle (and not vicious at all :) ).

We invite you to visit our Quiet Garden located next to the main church building and take a moment for reflection.

Give Thanks!

What is good about your life? What do you see that inspires you to a better life? How has God touched your life?

For these things, and for the life we experience in the world, we give thanks to God. Often we do it on Sundays, but there are plenty of other times in the week to do it, too.

How do you give thanks?
