Transfiguration includes a number of ministries devoted to the support of each other and the community at large. These programs include:

St. Margaret's Guild - meets on the 2nd Tuesday of the month in a member's home from 7:45 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. This group keeps in touch with parish families needing support, adopts a Samaritan House family for the holidays to provide gifts, dinner, and groceries, and is involved with other outreach programs.

St. Clare's Guild - meets on the 2nd Thursday of the month in the Parish Hall at 12:30 p.m. Organizes fundraising and hospitality events, outreach activities, and ministers to all parishioners.

Coffee Hour - social hour after each service where parishioners take turns providing refreshments.

Men's Group - the men of the parish get together every 2-3 months for a cookout, conversation, and fellowship.

Prayers & Squares - an interfaith outreach ministry which combines the gift or a hand-tied quilt with the gift of prayer for someone in need. Each knot tied into the quilt respresents a prayer that was offered specifically for the recipient of the quilt. a group dedicated to creating quilts for those in need.
